How far ahead should I book?

The sooner the better for large teams and peak season, but we have turned around smaller teams at short notice. Ask.

Who manages the team on the day?

A team lead from our side runs the floor and reports to one person on yours.

Can we brief them ourselves?

Yes. We brief them first and then hand over to you at the venue.
